From the warm up to the cool down, each full body workout is completely tailored to your needs and goals.

GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING PACKAGES

Join us for weekly energizing sessions where we will target a different muscle group each day. Join us and get in the best shape of your life!

 

We offer 4 different package options ranging from 1-5 sessions per week. Classes are one hour long including a warm up and cool down.
