Do you have an existing injury or problems with your joints?
Water aerobics is a great low-impact alternative to our regular training programs.
Rachel will visit your pool and guide you through a safe training session in the water!
Please note: This training option is currently only open to clients who have a pool at home.
Unless the personal pool is indoors, this program is seasonal.
ABOUT THE PROGRAM
The low-impact BuildYOU fitness program is specifically designed for people who have problems with their joints or are recovering from an injury. This program would also be great for expecting mothers!
The workouts are always innovative and never boring. Our low-impact routines are effective, yet gentle. The goal is to leave you feeling restored, strong, and motivated.
